If you are the kind of people who thinks that the only accessories with gives each season glamour to any look are bags or hats, you’re wrong. Luckily in Spain , we have specialized artisan that makes gloves custom made like ” Guantes Victoriano“, which opened the doors of its business in 1963.  Victoriano Salgado Ruiz and his wife Ana Sanchez de la Vega Portugal inaugurated a small shop gloving workshop in order to continue with the artisan craft, and  in this way born Guantes Victoriano.

After the death of Ana and the invalidity of Victoriano, have run for a few years the business eldest son of these, Angel, and his wife Lucia, until in 1988 takes over gloves Victoriano small son and Glover teacher Luis Salgado and his wife and seamstress Carmen Gracia, taking the recovery of the glove as flagship of workshop and maintaining the office and as such, the glove in the limelight until well into the twenty-first century.

Currently Guantes Victoriano is located at the confluence of Eixample, between the streets of Compte Borrell and Concell de Cent. Glovers generation of the Salgado family continues with the customs and traditions inherited from their elders, and work quality and offering exclusive designs, creations that give elegance. And it is that a glove gives a lot of play in combining any look, and is an accessory that has made history, if you ask Gilda and its famous gloves in the song Put the Blame on Mame.
